Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026
Last updated: July 20, 2026

TCPEL respects your privacy and handles personal information only for legitimate business, website, customer-support, and social-media publishing purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies to information collected through tcpel.com, direct communications with TCPEL, and TCPEL-managed social-media publishing integrations.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • business contact details, such as your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the contents of your inquiry;
  • technical information generated when you use our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and website usage data;
  • social-media account and Page information that you expressly authorize, such as platform user or Page identifiers, public profile or Page information, account type, and connected-channel status;
  • content and publishing information, such as media files, captions, schedules, destination Pages or professional accounts, published-post identifiers, status results, error messages, and operational logs; and
  • OAuth credentials or access tokens provided by supported social platforms. We do not ask you to disclose your platform password to TCPEL.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested product or service information, operate and secure our website, maintain our business records, troubleshoot technical issues, and—where a user has expressly connected an account—prepare, schedule, publish, and monitor content through TCPEL’s self-hosted social-media publishing workflow.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information obtained through Facebook or Instagram permissions for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or profiling.

3. Social Media Integrations and Publishing Services

When an authorized user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, TCPEL’s publishing service may receive the permissions and data needed to identify eligible Pages or accounts, read information required to operate the integration, publish user-selected content, and retrieve publication results. Access is limited to the functions authorized by the user and made available by the relevant platform.

OAuth access tokens may be retained in access-controlled systems while the connection is active so that authorized publishing requests can be completed. Content, schedules, platform identifiers, publication results, error details, and limited operational logs may also be retained to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

You may revoke TCPEL’s access at any time through the connected platform’s settings. Revocation may prevent future scheduled publishing. For deletion requests, see our User Data Deletion Instructions.

4. Legal Bases and Your Choices

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a business relationship, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or TCPEL’s legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving its website and services. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting processing already performed lawfully.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, analytics, data storage, and authorized social-media publishing; with Facebook, Instagram, or another platform when an authorized user requests an action through that platform; when required by law; or to protect rights, safety, and system security. Service providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, while an authorized connection remains active, to meet legal or accounting requirements, to resolve disputes, or to protect system integrity. Retention periods may vary by data type and operational need.

TCPEL uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and restricted systems. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected. Where required, TCPEL applies safeguards appropriate to the applicable legal requirements.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. We may need limited information to verify that a request is legitimate and relates to the requester’s account or inquiry.

9. Email and Marketing Choices

TCPEL may use the contact information you provide to respond to your request. We will not send marketing communications where consent is required unless that consent has been obtained. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

10. Children

Our website and publishing services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
