These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of tcpel.com and any TCPEL-operated tools or workflows made available to authorized business users, including TCPEL’s self-hosted social-media publishing workflow. By using the website or an authorized service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

1. Service Provider and Scope

TCPEL provides information about pellet machinery and related business services. TCPEL may also provide authorized internal or business-use tools for preparing, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social-media content through supported third-party platforms. Availability and features may change as platforms, integrations, or operational requirements change.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must have authority to act for any organization, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other account you connect or manage. You may connect only accounts and assets that you own or are expressly authorized to administer.

3. Connected Accounts and Authorization

When you connect a supported third-party account, you authorize TCPEL’s service to use the permissions you approve for the limited purpose of operating the requested integration. This may include identifying eligible Pages or professional accounts, receiving account or Page information, preparing or scheduling content, publishing user-selected content, and retrieving publication results.

You remain responsible for reviewing the permissions shown by the platform, maintaining the accuracy of connected-account information, and revoking access when it is no longer required. Revocation may prevent pending or scheduled actions from completing.

4. Your Content and Instructions

You retain responsibility for content, media, captions, schedules, targeting choices, and publishing instructions submitted through the service. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and approvals needed to use and publish that material and that your instructions comply with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, advertising rules, and platform policies.

You grant TCPEL only the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit, and publish your content according to your authorized instructions.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or services to:

  • publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or malicious content;
  • impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your authority;
  • upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or probe systems without permission;
  • collect, disclose, or misuse personal information in violation of applicable law or platform rules;
  • send spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform enforcement, or use automation in a manner prohibited by a connected platform; or
  • use TCPEL’s services for any purpose that could harm TCPEL, another user, or a third party.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Facebook, Instagram, and other connected services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, policies, technical limits, review processes, and availability. TCPEL does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that an authorization, scheduled publication, callback, API, or platform feature will remain available or operate without interruption.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each connected platform. A platform may restrict, suspend, reject, delay, or remove content or access independently of TCPEL.

7. Account and System Security

You must protect your accounts, devices, authentication methods, and administrator access. Do not provide platform passwords or security codes to TCPEL. Notify TCPEL promptly if you reasonably believe an authorized integration or TCPEL-managed account has been compromised.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for user content and third-party materials, the website, service design, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TCPEL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TCPEL or third-party intellectual property.

9. Suspension and Termination

TCPEL may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect systems, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or prevent harm. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including responsibility for prior content, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations—will continue to apply.

10. Privacy and Data Deletion

TCPEL’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of data associated with social-media integrations are available in the User Data Deletion Instructions.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TCPEL does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free publication, continued third-party API availability, particular commercial results, or acceptance of content by a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TCPEL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the website, service, or a third-party platform. TCPEL’s liability will not be limited where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

TCPEL may update these Terms when services, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to any notice or consent required by law.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the TCPEL service provider and the relevant transaction, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication.
